what payment is requred?
A deposit of 50% of your party cost is due at the time of booking. Full payment will be required prior to delivery along with a fully-refundable damage deposit of $100 and $300 for Bell Tent.
how much space will i need?
Each Dream Nights tent setup is around 6.5 feet in length and 3.5 feet in width. Based on the measurements of your space, we can we can work with you to design the best configuration for your event, whether it be aisles, a semicircle, or a line up.
how much time will i have the slumber party package?
Our standard set up is morning. with pick up at 10 a.m. the following morning. We’re more than happy to work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs based on availability.
how far do you deliver?
We deliver to Chicago and Chicago Suburbs. Delivery pricing depends on location and size, please see when booking.
are pillows and blankets provided?
Blankets are provided, decorative throw pillows are provided but not for sleeping, children should bring their own sleeping pillows. Pillows are for purchase if needed, and you’re able to purchase packages for create your own pillow case.
do i need to wash linens before they are picked up?
No. We take sanitization of our supplies very seriously. All linens are laundered in hypo-allergenic, plant based, antibacterial detergent after each use, regardless of whether they were slept on. Mattresses are protected by waterproof protectors and washed in before and after each use. All materials are disinfected after each party.
what is the largest party and smallest party i could have?
You could have as many as 2 to 16 set ups. Just remember to make sure your space will fit all of these tents!
how many children are allowed per tent?
Due to safety reasons only one child is permitted per tent. The Bell tent max is up to 8.
can i host my party at a hotel?
Yes, if you do not have a preferred hotel already in mind we have set up many parties at the following hotels in Chicago and suburbs: Drake Hotel, Four Seasons, Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort, Intercontinental, Nobu, Park Hyatt, Renaissance, Ritz Carlton, Swiss Hotel, Trump, and Waldorf Astoria. It is your responsibility to reach out to the hotel when booking to discuss the setup and delivery and what is needed on our end.
are food and beverages permitted in the tents?
Per our policy to avoid damage to the tents, mattresses, and linens, it’s preferable that food and drinks not be consumed while inside the tent.
